KARV'D is a commissioned Sunday kitchen in Southampton. Sirloin, chips, sauces. Pre-order only. You do not walk in and wait. You take a slot, pay, and collect from the car.
The site had to be the till, not a brochure with a phone number. Slots drop on a schedule. The kitchen board is the same orders the customer just paid for. If the slot is gone, the button is gone.
What the build does
Technical on purpose. Useful in the room.

A slot is stock
Collection windows are inventory. When a Sunday fills, checkout stops. The kitchen is not guessing how many steaks to cook from Instagram DMs.

Pay before you pull up
Stripe takes the order. Vehicle details and allergen notes travel with it, so the pack matches the car in the yard.

The board is the operation
Staff see the queue as it happens. Status moves on a screen, not a group chat that someone forgets to read during service.
